People magazine is reporting even though they were spotted vacationing together over Christmas, that "perhaps winter iced over the relationship" because Sienna Miller and Jude Law have broken up. A friend of the couple said, "it is mutual and amicable and they are still friends," which is like the tabby fucking cat of break-up statements. The friend also said Miller and Law separated weeks ago and that "it was entirely an end of the relationship decision" and that the relationship "had run its course." Obviously, the person revealing this staggeringly generic information has already begun to process the deeply conflicting emotions that surface when someone is friends with both of the people in a relationship, and they are having trouble figuring out which Kwanzaa party they want to subscribe to from this point forward. So, good luck to the source in figuring out who the better person is to spend holidays with, and no luck is wished to Jude or Sienna because their friends are so boring they can't even give us anything like, "now that she's single, she wants to sow her wild oats."
